The Case Manager role will be a varied and exciting one, encompassing all core client-facing functions to include Customer Service, Annual Reporting, Financial Reviews and Variation to terms.

The business has decided to invest in a service model that will move away from a process-driven and function-based to one that will empower its people to take ownership of all aspects of a case and enhance the relationship that the practice has with its client-base. As such, the Case Manager role will be a varied and exciting one, encompassing all core client-facing functions to include Customer Service, Annual Reporting, Financial Reviews and Variation to terms. The Case Manager will be responsible for providing a first-class service to a portfolio of 500 clients initially and, as such, the successful candidates will need to be professional and customer-centric, be able to demonstrate ownership, adaptability and initiative in their approach, be comfortable engaging with clients (principally by phone) and have an eye for detail.

• GCSE Maths and English (Grade A-C) (or equivalent);
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages (specifically MS Excel, MS Word & MS Outlook);
• Previous experience in a Client-facing role to include telephony skills;
• Previous experience working in personal insolvency;
• Previous experience using the Vision Blue case management system;
• Previous experience in a professional practice;

Salary & Benefits
