Our Approach

In August 2015, we re-launched as Aperture from Grant Thornton IVA and we are excited to share our story with you. We were known as Grant Thornton IVA for over 20 years and built a solid and reputable name for ourselves in the world of debt solutions.

We saw a great opportunity to take what we had been doing well and build on this with values that were personal to our clients and ideas that offered an even fresher and brighter brand that would improve the service and journey of clients.

Experience and Vision

We believe that our experience and the vision we have for our clients could come together to create a brand that would stand for values that we held dear to us and values that our clients told us were most important to them.

We believe that everyone has a right to a brighter future free from problem debt and clients should be able to trust that they are receiving advice that is truly personal to their circumstances and offers them the best possible solution.

Our Promise

If an IVA is an option for you, we will provide you with your own personal advisor who will work with you on your application right up until it has been approved. A case manager will then support and guide you throughout the life of your IVA. They will always be on hand to answer any queries you may have.

It is our promise that, as an Aperture client. You will always receive support throughout the course of your IVA journey. We will do everything in our power to help you recover from problem debt.

A New Name

An aperture in itself is an opening through which light shines and so many of our existing clients have said that after speaking with us, they felt like they could finally see a ‘light at the end of the tunnel’.

So we thought Aperture would be the perfect name to represent our new vision. We want to be the light at the end of the tunnel, the people that can help shine a light on your debt worries and show you a path to a brighter future.
