Service Update - COVID-19
You will be aware that the situation with COVID-19 (Coronavirus) is rapidly escalating.
Aperture, like all businesses, is having to work differently during the COVID-19 pandemic and prioritise the wellbeing of our staff.
We have reviewed our operational resilience and business continuity plans to ensure that we can continue to support our clients. We are currently in a phased transition to allow colleagues to work remotely.
We are working closely with all third parties and regulators to ensure communication lines remain open where possible however with many of our employees working remotely call answering times may be impacted.
